Can I return an item I no longer want?
Yes. You may request a return within 10 days of your order being delivered. We’ll issue a return shipping label for approved returns. Please note: returned items must be unused and in original condition.

If your item arrives broken or damaged, send us photos using the form below. We’ll review your case and either issue a refund or send a replacement depending on the situation.
Do you offer exchanges?
We don’t currently offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please submit a return request and place a new order separately.
When will I receive my order?
We typically select shipping options with estimated 7-day delivery. However, we can’t guarantee arrival times due to carrier delays or other circumstances beyond our control.
Can I track my order?
Yes! You can track your order anytime through your account portal. You’ll receive tracking info by email as soon as your order ships.
Where are your products made?
We work with skilled artisans and trusted manufacturers around the world to bring you high-quality, hand-finished pieces. Our sourcing partners are selected for their commitment to detail and craftsmanship.
Will you restock a sold-out item?
Most of our products are made in limited quantities, and restocks are not guaranteed. We suggest purchasing when you find something you love.
Can I leave outdoor items outside year-round?
Some of our planters and decor pieces are suitable for outdoor use, but we recommend extra care during extreme weather. Consider covering or moving them indoors during harsh winter months.
